Located on the southern boarder of the Mississippi Palisades State Park, Rustic River has 10 private cabins on 11 forested acres overlooking the Mississippi River in need of revitalization. Savanna had over 400,000 visitors in ‘22. We can increase revenue by updating these cabins and adding both private and common amenities.
Spring Hill Motel

Offering 20 rooms and 15 private cabins on 4 acres, this motel is located in the historic section of Wisconsin Dells. Spring Hill has been owned and operated by the same family for over 30 years and the condition, and customer base, has slowly been fading. In the heart of the Dells, this location has incredible potential.

The Lakeside Motel is right on the shores of Lake Delton in Wisconsin Dells. There are 20 rooms, a heated pool, and it’s walking distance to the entertainment strip of the Dells. Outdated rooms and amenities need improvement.
